Payson-Provo

So i guess the payson-provo game did not get to happen today because of the crazy rain we just got today. Anyone know when its rescheduled for, and where?

And while we're at it, any predictions? Memmott gets an extra day of rest because of today's rainout so he will probably be able toss another good game this week, and i'm betting Bigelow will go for Provo. Payson has the edge, won both games so far this season, because of Memmott. Bigelow will silence the Lions' hot bats and a couple of unearned runs will get Provo the win, 4-1.

Geez...did anyone play anywhere today?

Seemed like a fitting end for a bitter cold season.

I heard a rumor that Bigelow wasn't on the team any more for Provo. Anyone else know anything? Is that true?

from what i hear provo's pitcher bigelow hit the self destruct button and was invited to leave the team. oh, another good one for provo - they will play today without their head coach - out of town for his dad's surgery?

oh dang i did not know about bigelow. that's definitely a huge loss. as is coach moore not being able to be at the game.

not trying to be mean, but that man is a control freak. have you ever noticed how he has to control the pace of the game? if the umpires or the opposing team is moving the game too quickly for him and the bulldogs, he will take a long timeout to rattle the other team. what a smart coach. it will be interesting to see how the dawgs can handle themselves without his presence.

i still stand by my prediction, provo 4-1.

ya from around the league he's either loved or hated - one of those love/hate relationships. some love to hate him!

to bad for provo and those seniors who won't get to extend their season.

I understand they had a fairly young team, only starting like 2 seniors, a bunch of juniors and a soph catcher. Hey who knows maybe they'll do great next year with a bunch of experieced players.

can't wait for state play. there'a a great deal of talent out there to see.
